We had previously used a "Large" company for our domain and website hosting, but had nothing but problems. The only secure web hosting they would do required you to use there shopping cart and allowed for no flexibility, and the monthly costs were outrageous.

Then we found I-Identity Website Hosting and has been fabulous to deal with them!

First - We could use our own shopping cart software! And get this... They loaded it and did the base configuration and setup for us!! And it was all part of the service!!

Second - As part of the service.... They provide us with a security certificate! We did not have to go out and deal with purchasing one and all the hassles and expenses that go with it

Third - Price! The annual service fee was a fraction of what I was paying at the "Large" company

Fourth - Last but not least is the Outstanding service that I have received from Candace and her crew! Any questions I had she has always been right there with the answer!!! Very personal attention!!! She knows who I am if I call, I don't have to "re-educate" her to my account, unlike the "Large" company's where it’s always someone different answering the call.

But the greatest thing is I very rarely have to call, unless it is to add another website to our service! And she makes that super easy too!!!

We currently have a couple of websites with Identity Website Hosting and are in the process of adding more!!!
